QUALITY POLICY
- To ensure that quality control mechanism is sufficient and effectively applied at all the time at all the levels
- To ensure that all our employees are being trained quality assurance and this training is ongoing at all levels
- To ensure that all consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers involved in our projects must meets the quality standards
- To continually review, improve & implement quality control & best practices in the industry to achieve highest quality level
- To seek feedback from our client and consultants as to the level of quality delivered.
- Build a mutually profitable relationship with our customers, ensuring their long-term success, through the understanding of their needs and the needs of their customers as well.
- Achieve our commitments for quality, cost, and schedule
- Develop staff competencies, creativity, empowerment and accountability through appropriate development programs and show strong management involvement and commitment.
- Constantly monitor, review and develop our Business Management System and company procedures in order to achieve continual improvement, suitability and effectiveness
- Ensure that this Policy and our commitments are communicated to staff throughout our business and available upon request for interested parties.
- Ensure that the necessary information, work environment, training and resources are provided in order to improve customer experience and performance, and for the requirements of this policy to be implemented
- Carry out construction works in strict compliance with relevant measure, regulations and in accordance with relevant specifications and requirements.

Environmental POLICY
- Develop and maintain a corporate culture of environmental stewardship;
- Develop and maintain an Environmental Management program;
- Conduct Environmental Risk Assessments and prepare project-specific environmental control plans as required;
- Commit to training and educating our staff and promote a culture of minimizing our environmental impact;
- Meet environmental requirements defined by legislation, regulation, government directives, standards, Best Practices and other applicable environmental standards;
- Ensure that planning and operational decision making at ASAS considers how our actions impact the environment and how we can manage and actively mitigate environmental impacts;
- Integrate environmental protection into our business by planning activities to avoid or mitigate adverse environmental impacts;
- Ensure that subcontractors and their employees understand and adhere to ASAS’s environmental policy and procedures;
- Conserve resource use by efficient use of energy, by reduction of emissions and discharges, by eliminating unnecessary waste and by recycling where practical;
- Ensure that response to any environmental incidents associated with ASAS operations is swift and effective; and
- Work towards continual improvement of our environmental performance and environmental management systems.
